The Palms is a small development consisting of two sites. It has community facilities consisting of a swimming pool, basketball court, tennis court and children's playground.
Located on the US highway 27, it may be easily approached from either the I4 or the US 192. This is the place where most of the developments are for private homes with pools.
There is a new small shopping centre just half a mile away with a pizzeria and a large Publix supermarket.
There are many challenging golf courses within easy reach, some only two minutes drive away.

The House is within easy reach of all Central Florida's main attractions, with all the theme parks of Walt Disney World being the closest at just 10 - 15 minutes drive away, Universal Studios and Islands of Adventure are about 20 - 30 Minutes Drive, and Sea World is only 20 Minutes drive away. Epcot is only 15 minutes drive away.
The slightly further afield attractions of the Kennedy Space Centre and the golden beaches of the east coast are approximately one hours drive away.
The city of Tampa, Busch Gardens and the white sugar sand beaches of the west coast are about an hour and a half drive away.
They are all well worth a day out!!
The US highway 192 is just 2 miles away. This is the happening place to be, it has shops, crazy golf, restaurants, flea markets, dinner shows and much, much more.
Kissimmee Old Town with its bustling streets, eclectic shops and white knuckle rides, makes it a great place to spend an exciting evening.
